Self-design: for the crystallization molding of PLA materials, Jwell adopts a special PLA screw design and a new cooling weak vacuum shaping process, which can meet the production needs of multi specification PLA straws. The product has good plasticizing effect, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. High precision: vacuum shaping process with high stability is adopted, and digital pressure display is more convenient to adjust and control the precision.
3. Precise on-line cut-off: the traction cut-off adopts full computer control and servo cut-off system. The on-line high-speed cut-off accuracy is within 0.05mm and the digital input display meets any fixed length cut-off.
4. Simple operation: the equipment adopts a complete set of international advanced B&R PLC control system, which is convenient for regulation and can be operated stably. And the digital display operation is simple and clear.
